I honeymooned in Mauritius last year with my beautiful wife.

Mauritius has rum, beaches, mountains..... among other things .

Feeling a bit overwhelmed that my drawing 'Dappled Garages' has been selected by the judges for the shortlist of the @jacksons_art_prize 2025.

All the other work is fantastic so really honoured to be alongside them.

This is the last one of the series. 'Pylons'

I think across all of the pieces there is a feeling of Melancholy, but there's also a climatic theme, with turbulent skies and defiant nature stood against and alongside human structures.
