About
I see my art as representational of my surrounds, mainly focussing on the urban environment and how the natural world bleeds into the spaces we allow it to. I use pencils, ink pens and occasionally paint to draw out the fantasy just under the surface of the reality around us. My work tries to say something magical and mundane with the same perspective.
I am a self taught artist, and my approach is likely influenced by my background in the film industry. When searching for cinematic locations I often see beauty and narrative in unlikely environments.
